We actively engage our brand’s customers to address concerns and resolve any issues immediately. We solicit product feedback to enhance listings and engage the customer base for increased traffic. Customers are simply an extension of the brand. They are ambassadors who will promote, support and defend a brand given the proper experience.
4. Returns. We refund no questions asked. Whether the product is defective or damaged in transit, the customer is always right. We follow no other rules. We never rely on Amazon to do the right thing. We take matters into our own hands.
