Amazon requires popular items to be in stock, and customers will purchase competing products if items are not available. We approach the inventory challenge with a two-fold strategy.

FORECASTING
We utilize inventory software to make sure that Amazon’s warehouses are always in stock especially for popular seasonal items. We use predictive software that makes accurate demand forecasts within seconds avoiding stock outs. Hard data drives sales and prevents seasonal cash flow crunches. We remove the guess work and keep Amazon humming along. We also have two warehouses located on the West and East coasts that not only serve as one-stop distribution centers for brand owners, but also as back-up for any potential Amazon warehouse slip ups. We both fulfill through Amazon and self-fulfill which means we have any scenario covered.
We run a smooth operation to boost profits and jump start sales. Accurate demand forecasting and inventory management are critical factors to achieve brand growth and stability. We track inbound shipments to adjust for future restocking efforts; monitor FBA intake to optimize packaging efforts; and, identify high risk stock out products in order to maintain extra inventory on hand. The goal is uninterrupted sales, boosted velocity and constant buy box presence.

PREPPING
The bottleneck issue for inventory at Amazon’s warehouse is compliance. If products arrive not within Amazon’s guidelines, they will be delayed which potentially leads to missed sales opportunities and negative performance metrics. Our warehouses are equipped to prep and process all items following Amazon’s strict requirements. We do carton checks to detailed piece by piece inspections. We stock all packaging supplies and work flexible hours to consistently stay on top of the supply chain. We identify defective items, UPC issues and product discrepancies. We also utilize the warehouses to process any returned items. We stock up so you never have to.

We palletize to save on shipping and are versed in determining the optimal shipping costs. Our work space is adaptable to suit every need including storage.
